Concord Control FY26 Revenue Rises 69%

Concord Control Systems reported its strongest annual performance for FY26, with consolidated revenue from operations rising 69.11 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2.1 billion, driven by execution across Indian Railway modernisation projects.
EBITDA excluding other income more than doubled to Rs 592 million, up 103.43 per cent from Rs 291 million in FY25. EBITDA margin expanded 475 basis points to 28.16 per cent, reflecting improved operating leverage and a stronger order mix.
Profit after tax rose 87.20 per cent to Rs 424 million, while PAT margin improved 195 basis points to 20.15 per cent. Earnings per share increased 86.05 per cent to Rs 41.75.
The company reported an order book of Rs 6.96 billion as of 31 March 2026, providing visibility for future growth. H2 FY26 also showed strong momentum, with revenue from operations growing 72.6 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1.28 billion.
Gaurav Lath, Joint Managing Director, said the company’s performance reflected the accelerating momentum in India’s railway ecosystem, supported by government focus on modernisation, safety, infrastructure and Atmanirbhar manufacturing.
