Delhi Metro Golden Line Stretch Targeted for December 2026 Opening

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is targeting December 2026 for the opening of the first operational section of the Golden Line between Tughlaqabad and Sangam Vihar. The 8.4-km stretch is planned as the initial section of the 23.6-km Aerocity-Tughlaqabad corridor, with the remaining sections scheduled to open in phases.
