Delhi Metro's ambitious Phase IV project is making progress as two out of three corridors are moving closer to receiving approval. This significant development brings the city one step closer to expanding its metro network and improving connectivity.

The Phase IV project aims to enhance Delhi's infrastructure, ease traffic congestion, and provide faster transportation options to its residents. It encompasses the development of three corridors, namely Aerocity-Tughlakabad, Inderlok-Indraprastha, and Lajpat Nagar-Saket G Block.

Among the three corridors, the Aerocity-Tughlakabad corridor has already received approval from the Delhi government. This corridor, spanning over 22 km, will connect Dwarka, Uttam Nagar, and the airport along several crucial residential and commercial areas. Once operational, it will significantly reduce travel time and offer a convenient mode of transport for thousands of daily commuters.
