Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation Limited (GMRCL) has invited bids for civil maintenance works on Ahmedabad Metro Phase One East-West Corridor. The open tender covers general upkeep of a viaduct and seven metro stations on the western section and carries an estimated contract value of Rs 25.8 mn. The contract duration is 24 months and the work is intended to preserve infrastructure and support uninterrupted services.

The tender is listed under number GMRC/CIVIL MAINTENANCE/WR/PH-1/2026 and is an open tender with a tender validity of 180 days. The assignment expressly excludes Old High Court Station within the western reach section from Shahpur Ramp to Thaltej Gam dead end. Contractors will be required to co-ordinate with GMRCL to align maintenance activities with operational schedules.
