Oriental Rail Infrastructure Secures Rs 17.59 Million Order From ICF
The firm said the contract value is Rs 17.59 million (mn), equivalent to Rs 1,75,86,720, and that delivery is to be made to Integral Coach Factory in Chennai. Payment terms include up to 80 per cent of the supply portion on submission of inspection certificate and provisional physical receipt certificate. The balance 20 per cent of the supply portion and full installation charges will be paid after receipt and acceptance based on an installation certificate issued by the competent authority.
The order was awarded by a domestic entity and is scheduled for execution by November 24, 2026. The company noted that the contract does not involve any interest from promoters or group companies and does not constitute a related party transaction. The issuance said the contract size and terms were disclosed in compliance with regulation provisions of the securities listing rules and relevant SEBI circulars.
Oriental Rail Infrastructure made the announcement through a regulatory filing and identified Hemali Rachh as the company secretary and compliance officer who signed the intimation. The company said the work encompasses manufacturing, supply and installation to the specified drawing and will be carried out under the stated payment schedule. The filing was made to the BSE listing department for the record.
