RailTel Corporation of India (RailTel) has secured two orders worth Rs 640 mn from domestic entities, and the contracts fall within the ordinary course of business. The company clarified that neither the promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entities and that the contracts do not fall under related party transactions. The orders are expected to support ongoing network and service delivery commitments.
