RailTel Wins Rs 245.3 Million East Coast Railway Maintenance Order
The order covers outsourcing of workforce for signalling and telecommunications maintenance in the Khurda Road Division and is focused on routine upkeep of existing infrastructure. The scope is limited to deployment of personnel and does not include construction or system upgrades. The work is service based and aimed at supporting day to day operations of the division.
The contract will run for two years with completion expected by 18 March 2028 and represents a fixed term arrangement aligned with maintenance requirements. RailTel made the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015 and furnished additional details as per the SEBI master circular dated 30 January 2026. The company stated that there are no related party transactions and that there is no promoter group interest in the awarding entity.
