At Visakhapatnam, the project launch included an upgradation of existing iron ore handling facility at Vizag Port at Rs 5.80 bn involving modernising and upgrading the old iron ore handling facility to handle larger vessels. <br /> <br /> The other two port projects launched were worth Rs 6.79 bn, the first being for construction of grade separator from H-7 area to Port Connectivity Road costing Rs 6 mn under Sagarmala. The second project is for the development of road connectivity to VPT from Sheelanagar Junction to Anakapalli-Sabbavaram or Pendurti-Anandapuram road costing Rs 6.19 bn.<br />
