Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Limited (ROHL) has signed an agreement to open a new Regenta Hotel in Mundra, Gujarat, as part of its asset?light expansion strategy. The company said the upscale property will strengthen its presence in key industrial and port cities and is intended to serve business travellers and logistics professionals. The signing reinforces ROHL's focus on growth in high?growth economic hubs and on delivering a consistent Regenta hospitality experience across regions.

The property will comprise 103 well appointed keys and is scheduled to open by the fourth quarter of 2027. Facilities will include an all day dining restaurant, a dedicated swimming pool, a fully equipped gym and a rejuvenating spa to cater to guest wellness needs. The hotel will provide extensive parking facilities with capacity for over 150 vehicles and is being designed to ensure seamless stays for corporate guests.

Regenta Hotel, Mundra will offer banquet facilities totalling 14,000 sq. ft., including a grand ballroom of 10,000 sq. ft. and a junior ballroom of 4,000 sq. ft., making it suitable for large conferences and mid sized meetings. The configuration is intended to position the hotel as a preferred venue for corporate gatherings and social celebrations in the region. The development partners indicated confidence in the location and infrastructure to meet demand from industrial travellers.

The project will be operated under a hotel management agreement as part of ROHL's strategy to expand through asset light partnerships. The company expects the new signing to support its growth objectives in Gujarat's industrial centres and to enhance the reach of the Regenta brand.
