With a total outlay of over Rs 21 bn, 13 urban infrastructure projects have been launched in Rajasthan, which include a 2.7-km-long elevated road project for Ajmer under the Smart Cities mission. The project is expected to be completed in two years. Another water supply project for Ajmer has also been inaugurated under AMRUT. Another project is the integrated infrastructure package for walled city of Udaipur that will cost Rs 5.37 bn.
