Lucknow Development Authority has planned 18,113 affordable homes under the zonal development plan for Cluster-2 between Sultanpur Road and Kanpur Road. Around 53.83 hectares has been earmarked for the housing programme, which is expected to benefit nearly 90,000 people. Each dwelling will have a built-up area of approximately 800 sq ft. The authority has identified construction sites and incorporated them into the zonal plan to facilitate approvals and subsequent development of supporting infrastructure.
