Bartronics to Roll Out AI-Led Warehousing With AYOU

Bartronics India Limited (Bartronics) has executed a definitive shareholders agreement with Shree NagaNarasimha Private Limited, operating under the AYOU brand (AYOU), to roll out artificial intelligence (AI)-led warehousing under Project AVIO Agritech. The company said completion of the transaction is expected in the coming weeks, subject to transfer of funds and customary closing formalities. The agreement marks a strategic step in expanding Bartronics' presence across rural supply chains.

The plan builds on Bartronics' rural footprint across major agricultural corridors, including the potato belt of Uttar Pradesh and the onion belt of Maharashtra, and sourcing linkages in other fruits and vegetables clusters. By combining physical aggregation with structured technology integration under the AYOU brand, the partners aim to create a scalable, efficient and transparent farm-to-market ecosystem. The initiative is intended to reduce post-harvest losses and improve quality consistency for a range of commodities.

Following completion, select warehouses in Bartronics' network will be transformed into artificial intelligence enabled smart aggregation and processing hubs operating under AYOU. These facilities will integrate computer vision based grading, digital quality benchmarking, predictive inventory analytics and batch level traceability systems to improve supply precision. The systems are expected to enhance demand forecasting, reduce wastage and enable real time visibility across procurement and dispatch flows.

AYOU already supplies quick commerce and modern trade players such as Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket and Blinkit, as well as retail brands including Trent, and the technology upgrade is expected to strengthen service reliability and traceability for these partners. The structured data generated through the platform is intended to support better planning, reduced supply demand mismatches and scalable expansion into additional commodities and markets. The managing director said the rollout will convert Bartronics' agricultural footprint into a data driven rural commerce platform that delivers measurable value to farmers and trading partners under Project AVIO Agritech.
