BuildSpace Development Management has launched an integrated industrial and logistics development platform with an identified pipeline of more than 3 million sq ft across four projects and over 165 acres of land under development mandate.

The company estimates the identified development pipeline at around ₹6 billion and the land under mandate at approximately ₹5 billion. BuildSpace said the combined ₹11-billion figure represents estimated project and land value and should not be interpreted as contracted revenue, company valuation or land owned by the company.

The company's initial portfolio includes Sahakar Logistics Park in Bhiwandi, a 42-acre Grade-A industrial and logistics development with around 1.3 million sq ft of chargeable development potential. The project is under construction and is being marketed for leasing to logistics, distribution and manufacturing occupiers.

BuildSpace is targeting industrial corridors across Maharashtra, including Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Ranjangaon, Nashik and Nagpur. It is also evaluating opportunities in Dholera and Guwahati.

The company operates through three business verticals. BuildINFRA provides industrial and logistics infrastructure solutions, including built-to-suit facilities, ready-to-operate spaces and project delivery services. BuildVALUE works with landowners and asset holders on development and asset management opportunities, while BuildWEALTH focuses on project-specific development partnerships with institutional investors and strategic capital partners.

BuildSpace is led by Rohan Latad, Nitin Mumbaikar, Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer, and Pankaj Kakde, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. The leadership team has more than 50 years of combined experience across development management, master planning, engineering, project execution, finance and corporate governance.

The team's previous experience includes special economic zones, warehousing, container freight stations, cold-storage facilities, port-linked infrastructure, multimodal cargo facilities and agricultural supply-chain assets.
