Delhivery has launched Delhivery International, a new Economy Air Parcel service designed to make cross-border shipping more affordable, predictable and accessible for India’s MSMEs and enterprise customers. The service complements the company’s existing Express Air Parcel offering and is integrated into the Delhivery One platform.

The new service addresses long-standing pain points for small exporters, including high logistics costs, complex documentation requirements, uncertain delivery timelines and limited shipment visibility. Through Delhivery International, customers can access streamlined booking, multiple shipping options, real-time rates and full visibility from pickup to doorstep delivery in global markets.

By leveraging Delhivery’s extensive domestic network — which spans nearly 19,000 pin codes — the service enables even remote MSME clusters to participate in international trade. The company emphasises that enabling exports is a critical catalyst for MSME growth and for strengthening India’s global competitiveness.

Vani Venkatesh, Chief Business Officer, said the offering is designed to remove friction from global logistics, particularly for small enterprises navigating geography-specific compliance. Managing Director and CEO Sahil Barua added that simplifying exports is central to Delhivery’s mission of supporting Indian businesses.
