NSE-listed NDR InvIT Trust has announced the acquisition of the MLG Warehousing and Industrial Park in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, valued at Rs 1.44 billion, marking its strategic entry into the city’s growing logistics market.

The Grade-A warehousing asset spans approximately 463,000 sq. ft of leasable area and is built on around 21 acres of land, the company said in a statement. The facility is currently 98 per cent occupied, housing leading clients across FMCD, third-party logistics, retail, and paint sectors.

Strategically located along the NH 30 (Lucknow–Raebareli Road) corridor, the warehouse enjoys excellent connectivity. Its location on the southern periphery of Lucknow ensures efficient access to major consumption and industrial hubs in neighbouring districts, the firm added.

The acquisition aligns with NDR InvIT’s strategy to expand its pan-India logistics portfolio through the addition of high-quality, income-generating assets in key consumption centres. With this investment, NDR InvIT continues to reinforce its position as one of India’s most diversified logistics infrastructure platforms.

Hiten Shah, Regional Business Head for East at NDR Asset Management, highlighted that the new facility exemplifies the company’s focus on quality and operational efficiency. “This Grade-A facility reflects our emphasis on modern infrastructure, efficient layouts, and multimodal connectivity tailored to leading occupiers,” he said.

NDR InvIT Trust, an infrastructure investment trust managed by NDR InvIT Managers and sponsored by NDR Warehousing Private Limited, currently manages assets spanning 19.22 million sq. ft across 67 warehouses and 37 industrial parks in 15 cities.

The addition of the Lucknow asset marks another step in NDR InvIT’s mission to expand its footprint across India’s logistics corridors and deliver world-class warehousing infrastructure.
