Prozo Opens 1.5 Lakh Sq Ft Multi-Client Fulfilment Hub

Prozo has launched its largest multi-client fulfilment hub, a 1.5 lakh sq ft enterprise-grade facility at Horizon Industrial Parks, Gurugram, Haryana, strengthening its expanding national warehousing network. The new site is Prozo’s sixth multi-client facility in Haryana and eleventh in Northern India, within a network of over 50 fulfilment centres spanning 3 million sq ft.

Designed as a model warehouse for North India, the facility combines high-specification infrastructure with Prozo’s proprietary technology stack to support complex and high-volume operations for enterprise, retail and D2C brands. The hub is engineered for omnichannel fulfilment, enabling seamless integration across multiple sales channels while maintaining speed and accuracy.

The site features next-generation conveyor systems, chutes and automated material-handling infrastructure to accelerate inventory movement and enhance throughput. Operations are supported by advanced warehouse management systems, real-time visibility tools, multi-channel order orchestration and established safety and compliance frameworks.

Strategically located in a key industrial and logistics corridor, the facility strengthens Prozo’s capacity expansion programme, improves connectivity to major consumption centres and enhances network resilience. The company said the hub integrates with recent investments in SLA intelligence, automated reporting and integrated multi-channel order management.

Prozo’s clientele includes large enterprise, retail and D2C brands across FMCG, consumer electronics, healthcare, beauty, fashion and lifestyle segments.
