Ritco Logistics Reports Strongest Q4 and Rs 14.8 bn Annual Revenue

Ritco Logistics reported its strongest quarter in Q4 FY26 and posted annual revenue of Rs 14.8 billion (bn). The quarter was driven by strategic contract wins, deeper steel and infrastructure participation, scaling multimodal operations and continued digital investment. Management characterised the quarter as a milestone and indicated the company is well positioned to sustain growth.

Standalone total income for FY26 rose to Rs 14.9 bn, up 24.84 per cent, while consolidated total income reached Rs 15.1 bn, up 25.91 per cent. Standalone EBITDA was about Rs 1.15 bn and consolidated EBITDA around Rs 984.5 million (mn), reflecting margin pressure amid scaling investments. Standalone profit after tax was about Rs 498.8 mn and consolidated net profit around Rs 319.2 mn for the year.

Contract logistics secured a long term three year transportation contract with nationwide coverage and won a fly ash mandate from an infrastructure client, alongside multiple pan India FMCG and building materials routes. 3PL and warehousing traction strengthened across industrial hubs in western India, with capacity additions and upgraded capabilities to handle large scale supply chains for a major public sector client. Multimodal utilisation and fleet upgrades were cited as key enablers of asset productivity and sectoral reach.

The digital arm, TrucksUp, reported increased platform adoption, issuing 12,520 FASTags, 3,460 fuel cards and 4,203 insurance policies in the quarter, while FASTag gross merchandise value exceeded more than Rs 150 mn in February and reach extended to over 17,000 PIN codes. Technology work included advanced dynamic analysis, stronger authentication and session controls, improved log management and measures to protect code and third party dependencies. The company indicated continued focus on disciplined execution, customer centric growth and technology driven logistics infrastructure to pursue profitable sustainable expansion.
