Toyota Opens New Parts Centre At TVS ILP Park In Andhra Pradesh
The development follows TBIS leasing over 33,000 square feet of space at the facility for this purpose. By establishing the centre with TVS ILP, TBIS aims to strengthen parts availability and accelerate service timelines, ensuring a more reliable customer experience across Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal.
Aditi Kumar, Joint Managing Director at TVS ILP, said the new development will support Toyota as it expands its footprint in South India with its first global parts distribution centre at the Visakhapatnam Park. She added that the project demonstrates the value of TVS ILP’s tech-enabled, build-to-suit and well-connected infrastructure.
The facility enhances TVS ILP’s growing Grade-A warehousing portfolio and aligns with its long-term strategy of building world-class industrial ecosystems across key logistics corridors.
Prakash Nair, Director of TBIS, noted that South India remains a crucial market with rising automobile demand in recent years. He added that Visakhapatnam serves as a strategic hub due to its strong port connectivity and cost-effective access to both South and East India.
