Denta Water And Infra Solutions Order Book Crosses Rs 8.41 bn

Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd (the company) said its order book crossed Rs 8.41 billion (bn) as on 31 December 2025, driven by fresh bookings during the April to December period of the current fiscal. The total was stated as Rs 841.48 crore in the statement which converts to the reported value and provides revenue visibility in the coming quarters. The company reported that the order book spans irrigation, urban water supply and wastewater management projects.

The firm secured fresh orders of Rs 3.77 billion during the nine months of FY26, with Rs 1.61 billion received in the October to December quarter, after converting the amounts from crore to the stated units. It added that it had secured two projects as a subcontractor and held an L1 position in two further projects subject to final approvals. The company said these wins reflected expanding geographic presence and sustained traction across irrigation, drinking water and wastewater management segments.

For the quarter ended 31 December 2025, total revenue stood at Rs 556.4 million (mn) compared with Rs 523.0 million in the year ago period, and net profit after tax stood at Rs 143.1 million compared with Rs 149.6 million in the third quarter of FY25. The company attributed the quarterly performance to execution on key projects and disciplined capital allocation. Management noted that the results for the quarter and for the nine months demonstrated business resilience and operational strength.

Denta Water and Infra Solutions is engaged in civil engineering projects focused on water revitalisation, groundwater recharge and sustainable water infrastructure solutions. The company said it would maintain focus on timely project delivery, disciplined capital allocation and sustained execution to strengthen its position in India's water infrastructure sector. The robust order book was expected to underpin revenue growth in the coming quarters ahead.
