Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd has secured a Rs 3.95 billion project as lead partner in a joint venture with AltoraPro Infrastructure, awarded by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC). The contract is part of the Panchganga River pollution control programme, and focuses on upgrading common effluent treatment plants in Kolhapur district.

The Letter of Intent was issued on 8 July, and the project is expected to be completed within 24 months.

The scope includes design, supply, installation, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation and maintenance of the modernised plants. These upgraded facilities will include zero liquid discharge systems and will cater to cooperative industrial estates in Ichalkaranji, Hatkanangale, and Yadrav.

The company confirmed that the order is domestic and not a related-party transaction, with no involvement of promoter group entities in the awarding authority.
