NGT Panel Recommends Scaling Down Kapilaprasad Compost Centre

BHUBANESWAR: A joint committee constituted by the National Green Tribunal has recommended that the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation scale down the micro compost centre at Kapilaprasad and divert wet waste to a proposed 300-tonne-per-day compressed biogas plant at Meherpalli.
