In a meeting, he emphasised the need for expedited progress within stipulated time frames and urged officials to enhance efficiency while minimising public inconvenience.

During the meeting, Arun Sao, Deputy Chief Minister, asserted, "The slow progress in our road infrastructure projects is causing significant inconvenience to the public. We must expedite the construction work while simultaneously improving the system to avoid complaints about delays."

Sao highlighted the importance of overcoming challenges that hinder project completion and stressed the necessity of achieving perfection without compromising on time. He emphasised, "Focus on widening and strengthening roads, considering traffic and usability. We cannot afford any delays in achieving excellence in our work."

Expressing his commitment to timely project completion, Sao made it clear that additional time would not be granted for perfection and warned that officers responsible for delays would face consequences for their actions.

Sao firmly stated, "All phases of major projects must be completed within the agreed-upon time frames with contractors. There will be no tolerance for deviations from the schedule."

Addressing the financial aspect of the projects, Sao instructed officials to ensure prompt payments to contractors upon completion of the work. He concluded, "Regular and timely payments contribute significantly to the overall progress of the work. We must prioritise this aspect to maintain the momentum of our infrastructure projects."
