Mohali development body to hold draw for numbering of plots

The IT City plot numbers will be determined by a draw by the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (Gmada) under the 750 plot, land-pooling, 753 plot, and IT 200 industry plot schemes. On June 20, there will be a number draw. The name of the allottee must be added to the list no later than June 13th.

As of January 8, 2022, the authorities have also granted respite to those who were assigned to the IT city. Allottees must now produce a no-dues certificate within three months if they want to receive benefits. According to the notification, the modification will be in effect for locations assigned before January 8, 2022. Plot sizes of 150 square yards, 256.66 square yards, 300, 400, and 500 square yards, as well as plots in industrial schemes spanning 500 square yards, will be included in the draw for group plot numbers. At 11 a.m., the numbers will be drawn at the PUDA Bhawan in Sector 68, Mohali.
