Cidco has announced a scheme for the sale of 243 shops in the Bamandongari housing complex in the Ulwe node of Navi Mumbai.
According to Cidco, the shops have been made available for small and medium businesses in the Ulwe node, which is now well-connected with various modes of transportation. It was mentioned that the online registration process for the sale of shops had commenced from March 14 and will remain open until April 13.
Vijay Singhal, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Cidco, stated that Cidco had launched the scheme offering 243 shops from its Bamandongri housing complex in the rapidly developing Ulwe node of Navi Mumbai. He further added that the scheme would particularly benefit medium and small businesses. He urged that maximum business owners should seize this golden opportunity.
In the scheme, 243 shops in the Bamandongari housing complex in Ulwe node of Cidco have been made available for sale through e-tendering and e-auction processes. It was mentioned that the website eauction(dot)cidcoindia(dot)com had been made available for this purpose. The result of the scheme was said to be scheduled for announcement on April 15, 2024.
The Cidco housing complex at Bamandongari is connected through the Bamandongari station along the Nerul-Uran suburban railway corridor. Additionally, it was stated that the area of this housing complex is at a close distance from MTHL (Atal Setu). It was noted that Cidco?s Navi Mumbai International Airport and JNPT Port would act as growth drivers for the development of this area, which is well-equipped with all infrastructure facilities.
