For the orders of Vande Bharat trains, Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) and the Russian partner have come to an agreement. The partnership agreements have been agreed upon by Russian organizations and Arm Kinet Railway Solutions.
In an interview with, Director of Operations at RVNL, explained that the order for numerous Vande Bharat trains is for the modernization of its carriages. In the joint venture, RVNL has a 25% stake, Metrowagonmash has a 70% stake, and Locomotive Electronic Systems has a 5% stake.
