Dalmia Cement receives green certification from GRIHA

Dalmia Cement has become the first cement manufacturing company to receive a Green Accreditation from the Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA) council. GRIHA is a national rating system for green buildings in India, which was jointly set up by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and the Government of India to fight climate change. With a capacity of 33 million tonnes (mt), Dalmia Cement is the fourth largest cement company in India and a pioneer in green cement manufacturing. It has received its enlistment for its blended cement products in the GRIHA Green Catalogue.
