DOWSIL™ 789-P Silicone Hybrid Sealant is a mono- component hybrid sealant suitable for sealing joints in porous substrates. It is tailor-made to provide a weather sealing solution, when there is over-paintability, low dirt pick-up and low staining is required. It is easy-to-use and has excellent extrudability and toolability, and can be used for quick and aesthetic joint seal applications.

DOWSIL™ 789-P Sealant is also used as neutral curing sealant particularly suitable for exterior applications such as pre-cast panel joints, expansion joints and weather seals for concrete, masonry, bricks, stone or wood façades. It conforms to EN 15651-1, 2&3. It does not contain any solvents and any free isocyanate compounds. It can be painted over after 3-7 days.

DOWSIL™ 789-P Silicone Hybrid Sealant are neutral curing sealant, particularly suitable for exterior applications such as: Panel joints, Expansion joints, Weather seals for concrete, masonry, bricks, stone or wood façades.

 

DOWSIL™ 789-P Silicone Hybrid Sealant, doesn’t contain any solvents, it doesn’t contain free isocyanate compounds. It offers good unprimed adhesion to most porous substrates.  It also has properties like neutral cure — can be painted over after three to seven days. Has low staining, low dirt pick-up; it has excellent paintability with water-based and synthetic paints and is suitable for building, sanitary and glazing joint sealing and interior and exterior surfaces.
