Hyderabad-based My Home Constructions, a premium real estate (residential and commercial) company, which has completed its 35 years of operations, is taking up a massive investment of Rs 40,000 crore in projects to be executed in Kokapet and Tellapur, Hyderabad adding about 40 million sq ft of real estate space over the next five years.
The company is likely to invest about Rs 25,000 crore in an integrated township in Tellapur spread over 250 acres while an integrated IT hub will be set up at Kokapet in about 80 acres with an investment of about Rs 15,000 crore. It believes Kokapet and Tellapur are Hyderabad’s next most coveted commercial and residential destinations.
