DLF to raise Rs.20 bn cr via sale of land to existing or new partners

Realty major DLF will raise Rs.20 bn through monetisation of certain commercial land parcels to its existing JV partners or new partners.
The monetisation of land parcels would help the company in reducing its net debt, which stood at Rs.48.66 bn at the end of the December quarter.
