Sunteck Realty acquires 50 acre in Mumbai’s Vasai

In one of the biggest real estate deals post the COVID lockdown, luxury developer Sunteck Realty has acquired a prime project of approximately 50 acre in the Vasai (West), having a development potential of about 4.5 mn sq ft in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) area. According to the company, the project will have a revenue potential of Rs.50 bn over the next five to seven years, further strengthening the cash flow and the balance-sheet of the company. With its unobstructed view of the Arabian Sea, the project is set to give a facelift to this upcoming micro-market in the MMR, said a release by the company. The location has excellent connectivity, upcoming infrastructure developments and all major amenities around it.
