K Raheja, Aditya Shagun tie up for 0.5 mn sq ft development in Pune

K Raheja Corp has entered in an agreement with Pune-based Aditya Shagun Developers to develop a prime 3 acre land parcel in Pune’s Baner locality into commercial office space. The land parcel has a total development potential of half a mn sq ft. The project, to be completed by 2024, is expected to be added to K Raheja Corp-Blackstone Group backed Mindspace Business Parks REIT, India’s second listed Real Estate Investment Trust. The deal marks K Raheja Corp’s foray into the west Pune market that accounts for around 40 per cent of total office space leasing in the city.
