NBCC (India) floats tender for houses in Andamans under PMAY

NBCC (India) has invited bids for the construction of 555 houses for the economically weaker section (EWS) and a commercial complex under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) at Prothrapur and Brokshabad Port Blair in Andaman & Nicobar Islands on design, engineering procurement and construction (EPC) basis. The works also include civil, electrical, plumbing, STP, HVAC, firefighting, rainwater harvesting, etc. The estimated cost of the project is `1297.1 mn, with a completion period of 21 months.
