Smart Kochi to raise Rs.40 bn additionally

Smart City Kochi will raise an additional Rs.40 bn in its Phase-III, IV and V to complete the infrastructure development of the residential plots in its township side. Phase-3 will have residential, sports and recreation facilities and mixed-use developments in 30 acre. Phase-4 and 5, in the planning stage, will see an investment of about `2 bn to complete the remaining infrastructure.
