Mangaluru’s drinking water to be rehabilitated

French firm Suez has won the Rs.5.65 bn contract for the extension, rehabilitation and operation of the drinking water distribution system of the entire city of Mangaluru. This 11.5-year contract is to ensure a 24 x 7 water supply for the city's 550,000 inhabitants.
