A captive cargo handling jetty will be built in Surat, Gujarat by ABG Cement. The capacity of the jetty will be around 4.95 mtpa. The company submitted the required document in the Gujarat State Environment Impact Assessment Authority meeting held in December 2011, and the project is still in its planning stage, while the financial details are still to be revealed.
