Adani Ports to acquire 75% stake in Krishnapatnam

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) will acquire 75 per cent stake in Krishnapatnam Port Company for an enterprise value of Rs.135.72 bn. The proposed acquisition is known to be the largest so far by APSEZ.
