The coastal project’s elevated road from Dahisar to Mira-Bhayander will be 45 m wide and have four lanes. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has reportedly shared that the project will be completed in 42 months. It has calculated a rough net estimate of Rs.25.74 billion. The total estimated cost, including escalation provisions, permission charges, and royalties is Rs.31.86 billion. The Mira-Bhayander Municipal Corporation is one of the fastest-growing satellite cities with a population of over 1.50 million people, and it is estimated that nearly one million people commute to and from Mumbai every day.
