Amit Dhiman has joined JK Cement as head of manufacturing HR, moving from Bennett Coleman & Co., where he served as assistant vice president for human resources and employee relations since September 2024. His career spans manufacturing HR, employee relations and workforce management, with previous roles at Nestlé India, Ballarpur Industries, Maruti Suzuki, Hero MotoCorp and Bata India. Dhiman brings over two decades of experience across plant HR, industrial relations, organisational people management and leadership functions.
