Oswal Energies, ATS Forge UAE Energy Alliance
The collaboration combines Oswal’s EPC expertise with ATS’s marine and subsea capabilities to execute projects across onshore, offshore and subsea segments. Key focus areas include early production facilities (EPFs) for upstream deployment, rigid thermoplastic pipe and subsea pipeline systems, offshore cable and pipeline laying, surface facilities and modular process skids for industrial applications.
Operations under the alliance will be supported by ATS’s Abu Dhabi infrastructure, including a fleet of 24 offshore barges and vessels, a fabrication yard for heavy modular assemblies and long-term jetty investments. The platform is further strengthened by advanced subsea services such as remotely operated and autonomous underwater vehicle support for complex offshore work.
Oswal Energies Managing Director Ratan Bokadia said the alliance marks a major step towards building a globally competitive and technology-led energy infrastructure platform. He added that combining ATS’s marine strength with Oswal’s engineering and fabrication capabilities will enhance delivery of offshore pipelines, EPFs, modular systems and clean hydrogen projects aligned with the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 vision.
The partnership forms part of Oswal Energies’ broader Middle East expansion strategy targeting USD 1 billion in regional growth and positions the company to undertake large, technically demanding projects with faster execution timelines.
