Oswal Energies Gets First Electrolyser from Greenzo Energy

In a major step towards advancing India’s green energy landscape, Oswal Energies has received the first 1 MW electrolyser stack from Greenzo Energy India. The delivery marks the operational launch of Oswal’s Rs 3.2 billion green hydrogen initiative, aimed at supplying clean hydrogen to the chemical and fertiliser industries.

This initial dispatch is part of a planned 20 MW Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) deployment that will see green hydrogen plants commissioned over the next 12 to 18 months. These facilities, ranging in capacity from 0.5 MW to 5 MW, will be built using Greenzo Energy’s domestically developed electrolyser technology.

Ratan Bokadia, Managing Director, Oswal Energies, said, “This electrolyser delivery is more than a shipment—it’s the foundation of a national energy transformation. Our vision blends sustainability with self-reliance, and through this partnership with Greenzo, we’re empowering industries with low-carbon solutions.”

The milestone also signals Greenzo Energy’s growing contribution to India’s green hydrogen mission. The company, which has an order book exceeding ₹1800 crore, manufactures high-efficiency electrolyser systems for clients across India and the Middle East.

“Our dispatch to Oswal Energies highlights the growing strength of India’s green manufacturing ecosystem. We are proud to support India’s energy goals with cost-effective, locally made hydrogen solutions,” said Sandeep Agarwal, Managing Director, Greenzo Energy.

The collaboration between Oswal Energies and Greenzo Energy reflects the convergence of advanced manufacturing and EPC capabilities, positioning India as a fast-emerging global hub for green hydrogen production.
