GRIDCO Floats Consultancy Tender For 225 MW Floating Solar Project
The scope of work requires a detailed assessment of environmental and social impacts in line with requirements of the Government of Odisha, the Government of India and applicable international standards. The study will define project characteristics and its area of influence, establish baseline environmental and social conditions, and identify potential impacts across all phases, including pre-construction, construction, operations and decommissioning. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs 0.1 million (Rs 0.1 mn), valid for 120 days.
Bidders may participate as a single entity or as a consortium of up to two members and must have completed at least three ESIA studies, or three environmental and three social assessments in the renewable energy sector including transmission projects in India over the last five years. Financial eligibility requires a minimum average turnover of Rs 100 million (Rs 100 mn) from consultancy services over the last three financial years, supported by audited financial statements.
