Inox Wind Clarifies 100 MW Order From Terra Clean
The clarification restated that Terra Clean Limited is the contracting entity for the 100 MW turnkey scope and that contractual obligations and delivery schedules remain with that entity. Inox Wind described the matter as an administrative framing error in the press communication rather than a change in commercial terms. The correction was digitally signed by Deepak Banga, Company Secretary, Inox Wind.
The earlier announcement had characterised the order as a repeat turnkey engagement associated with IOCL, and the company said the revised filing was intended to correct the public record. Notification to the exchanges was made promptly in line with disclosure requirements to ensure investors and stakeholders had accurate information. No financial details or contract value were disclosed in the clarification.
The company said operations and project execution arrangements are unchanged and that interactions will continue with Terra Clean as the client under the existing order. Inox Wind underlined its commitment to maintaining transparent disclosures and to rectify any inadvertent communications that could affect stakeholder understanding. Market participants and counterparties were advised to rely on the corrected exchange filings as the authoritative record.
