JK Lakshmi Acquires Stake in Solar Project for Clean Energy

JK Lakshmi Cement announced on Wednesday that it has acquired a 26 per cent stake in Ampin C&I Power, enabling the company to source solar power under applicable captive power regulations.
The JK group firm is investing Rs 4 crore in a 9.9 MWp solar project through a Power Purchase Agreement, the company stated. This initiative reinforces JK Lakshmi Cement’s commitment to clean energy adoption and operational cost efficiency.
