Pace Digitek Subsidiary Wins Rs. 4.88 bn Battery Storage Order

Pace Digitek said its material subsidiary, Lineage Power, has received a Letter of Award worth Rs. 4.88 bn, inclusive of taxes, from NTPC GE Power Services. The award covers the supply, delivery, testing and supervision of erection, testing and commissioning of battery energy storage system (BESS) containers with a capacity of 5.015 MWh.

The project includes the provision of battery management systems and energy management systems in accordance with the request for quotation documents issued by NTPC GE Power Services. The scope also covers a Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for a period of 12 years after the relevant equipment and systems are commissioned.

Pace Digitek disclosed the award in a filing under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements regulations. The company classified NTPC GE Power Services as a domestic entity and stated that the order is scheduled for completion by December 31, 2026.

The filing identified the contract as a supply and commissioning order, with the consideration stated at Rs. 4.88 bn. It also confirmed that the award was made to Lineage Power by NTPC GE Power Services and that the stated value includes applicable taxes.

Pace Digitek said neither its promoter or promoter group nor its group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. It further stated that the order does not fall within related party transactions. The company made the disclosure through its compliance function on September 21, 2026.
