SAEL Industries has secured one gigawatt-peak (GWp) of solar photovoltaic module orders over the past six months, with the NTPC Renewable Energy-led Chitrakoot project accounting for 585.8 megawatt-peak (MWp), representing more than half of the order pipeline. The orders mark a significant expansion of SAEL's module business across domestic and international markets. SAEL Solar P6 Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary, will supply N-type TOPCon solar modules for the contracted projects. The company stated the supplies will serve utility-scale projects in Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and overseas.

SAEL currently has 3,625 megawatt (MW) of TOPCon module manufacturing capacity, the company stated, and its modules appear on the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy Approved List of Models and Manufacturers, a prerequisite for deployment in government and government-assisted projects. The manufacturing capacity supports the firm's efforts to integrate module production with project development. This positioning is intended to strengthen SAEL's ability to fulfil large supply contracts and pursue utility-scale generation opportunities.

As of 30 September 2025, SAEL reported a portfolio of 8,299 MWp of contracted and awarded solar and storage capacity together with 164.90 MW of agri waste-to-energy capacity. The company's operations span utility-scale solar power generation, solar PV module manufacturing and agri waste-to-energy, reflecting a diversified renewable energy strategy. SAEL said the latest orders add momentum to its module supply business while contributing to its project pipeline.

SAEL is constructing an integrated manufacturing facility in Greater Noida, Jewar, comprising a five gigawatt (GW) solar cell unit and a five GW solar module line, and the project is under construction according to the company. The planned expansion is expected to bolster its integrated manufacturing capabilities and support future module deliveries. The new orders therefore arrive as SAEL scales both manufacturing footprint and renewable generation activities.
