91Springboard Adds 8,000 Seats Across Five New Hubs

Mumbai, 28 October 2026: 91Springboard plans to add five premium workspace hubs across Chennai, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and the National Capital Region (NCR), bringing more than 360,000 sq ft and over 8,000 seats into its portfolio. The expansion will take its network to 49 hubs across nine cities, with approximately 2.1 million sq ft and 42,000 seats.

The new locations will offer ready-to-use offices and built-to-suit managed workspaces for businesses at different stages of growth. A JLL report cited by the company found that flexible workspaces accounted for 27 per cent of office leasing across India’s top seven cities in the first half of 2026. Global capability centres (GCCs) accounted for 41.7 per cent of leasing during the same period.

Two of the new hubs will be in Chennai: Mindspace Commerzone on Radial Road, Pallikaranai, and Arihant Vaayu in Perungudi Industrial Estate on OMR. Together, they will add approximately 135,000 sq ft to 91Springboard’s Chennai portfolio.

In Thane, a hub of approximately 195,000 sq ft is planned at Centaurus, Hiranandani Avenue. The site is near Ghodbunder Road, the Eastern Express Highway and Thane Railway Station.

The remaining hubs will be at Prius Platinum in Saket, New Delhi, and DLF Epitome in Gurugram’s Cyber City. These locations will expand the company’s premium workspace offering in the region.

Anshu Sarin, CEO of 91Springboard, said the expansion reflects the company’s strategy to build a stronger presence in markets where enterprises and GCCs are growing, with workspace options suited to different business requirements.
