Avhad Group has launched Avhad Bayline Residences in Mahim, marking its entry into the premium South Mumbai housing segment. Launched on 19 April 2026, the project has received an encouraging response from homebuyers, supported by its location, design-led approach and lifestyle amenities.

Designed in collaboration with architect Reza Kabul, the development comprises 251 residences, with eight apartments per floor and 10 high-speed lifts.
