Awfis Space Solutions has launched a new centre under its premium workspace portfolio, Elite by Awfis, at Prestige Trade Centre in Aerocity, New Delhi.

Spread across approximately 100,000 sq ft of chargeable area, the centre offers a mix of built-to-suit and ready-to-move-in workspaces aimed at global capability centres (GCCs) and enterprise occupiers. Its location provides access to IGI Airport and the Aerocity Metro Station on the Airport Express Line.

The centre includes the Nexus Lounge for collaboration and brainstorming, Biophilic Pods designed to support focused work, purpose-built meeting rooms and the Epicentre for informal discussions and interaction. Dedicated podcast rooms have also been incorporated into the workspace.

The facility combines workspace infrastructure with hospitality and technology-led services. It also includes gourmet cafés and concierge-style services as part of the company’s premium workspace offering.

The Aerocity launch forms part of Awfis’ premiumisation strategy, with its premium portfolio now comprising 37 centres across India. The portfolio caters to enterprises seeking design-led workspaces with enhanced hospitality and service offerings.

Awfis has eight Elite centres operating across Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The Aerocity facility becomes its ninth Elite centre and expands the company’s GCC-focused premium workspace presence across key metropolitan markets.

The company said its Elite portfolio serves clients including ABC Fitness, Meltwater, a French FMCG company and an American semiconductor company.
