Casagrand Launches 41-Acre Highcity Project on Chennai ORR

Casagrand has launched ‘Casagrand Highcity’, a 41-acre integrated residential development on Chennai’s Outer Ring Road (ORR), marking the company’s largest residential project to date.
The project will comprise over 4,000 two and three-BHK residences spread across four G+22 towers and is positioned as one of the largest organised residential developments in the ORR corridor. The development is anchored by a five-acre sports clubhouse and over 150 amenities, including more than 50 sports facilities and 25 children-focused recreational features.
Located along Chennai’s rapidly developing ORR corridor, the project benefits from connectivity to key IT hubs such as Navalur, Siruseri SIPCOT, Perungalathur and Porur, along with industrial clusters including Sriperumbudur, Oragadam and Ambattur. The corridor has emerged as a major residential growth zone due to ongoing infrastructure expansion and improved transit connectivity.
The master plan includes 28 acres of open spaces featuring landscaped greens, themed gardens and a 3.5-acre tropical forest. Other features include a 21,000 sq ft swimming pool, sports infrastructure such as tennis, squash, badminton, pickleball and bowling facilities, along with a 1.3-acre international school within the development.
According to the company, the project is designed around large-format community living and Singapore-inspired planning principles, aimed at creating a self-sustained residential ecosystem in one of Chennai’s emerging urban corridors.
