Realty firm County Group has purchased a 5-acre land parcel in Noida for around Rs 4.75 billion through a state government auction, according to industry sources. The plot, located in Sector 151, will be used to develop a new residential project.

County Group plans to build only 226 units on the site, with a total development area exceeding 1.1 million square feet. The developer delivered more than 4 million square feet across three housing projects in 2024.

In 2025, the group launched two major developments: Ivory County, a 6.3-million square-foot luxury project in Sector 115, Noida, and Jade County, spanning 3 million square feet along NH24 in Ghaziabad. County Group is regarded as one of the leading real estate developers in the Delhi-NCR region.

Land prices in Noida and Greater Noida have surged in recent years due to major infrastructure projects, including the upcoming international airport. Both development authorities are monetising land parcels through the auction route to meet rising demand.
